I am a Brit, born in Zambia, brought up in Yorkshire, England and am now back in Zambia, living with my family in Lusaka. After leaving school I struggled to find my 'thing' so I was a bit lost for a while. When I look back, the common thread of all the choices I made was communication and in 2004 I started my own Communications business in Leeds. 

The essence of what I wanted to do was to help people find effective ways to communicate.

Why communications coaching?

Because this gives me the canvass to help others harness the power of communications to benefit their lives and the lives of others. Here I get to live by my values, utilise my skills and make my passion my work. 

Why now?

Living back in Zambia with my globe trotting family I realise that I have some immense roots and I am also a bit of a nomad at heart. There has never been a more relevant time for me to take advantage of the experience and training I've gained over the years and harness the vast communication channels of our day that enable me to transcend locations and share my gifts.

I truly believe there is a coach for everyone and there will never be enough coaches in the world, because personal development, is a personal journey, and we are all different. So I want you to use this website as your rapport guide, to get a feeling for who I am and if what I say resonates with you, that's perfect, I couldn't be happier! A bit more

I have travelled to 31 countries, lived in 7 and am very partial to dabbling in other independent adventures and mini enterprises that connect with the things I love, which have included interior design and wine! My home life is with my two amazing boys, my amazing husband and our cat. 

My exploratory journey through life has given me a vast tool kit that I can now apply to achieve the most fulfilling life I can imagine as a coach.
